Mission Statement

The purpose of my website is to be able to have a visual memory of my past. I also find it to be a form of motivation for me to be the best at everything I can and stop at nothing to accomplish my dreams and desires.

About Me

Welcome to my website. My name is Severino Casanova. I am an amatuer computer programmer. I work for a major website company called Eventful.com. On my spare time I like to hang out with my friends, go to and host group get-togethers, fix up my car, and chat on-line. My music of choice is Underground Rap, which is frequently featured on my website.
Although I rarely sit in front of the television, I enjoy watching the Simpsons and Comedy Central. I have a black-lab puppy named Frankie. I like to ride my SV650s down to the beach and play basketball and volleyball.
If I were given a million dollars, I would attempt to match the greatness of the summer of my Junior year. I had everything, life was simple. It's amazing what you can lose when you take things for granted, but that's how life is and this is who I am. Other than that, I'm a simple minority thriving on the thrill of the hunt.

Religion

As an agnostic, I think that it impossible to know the truth in matters such as God and the future life with which Christianity and other religions are concerned. Or, if not impossible, at least impossible at the present time. I am an agnostic because I understand religion to be a form of motivation. Most people believe in a religion to bring out the Good in others. By punishing sinners and torturing them in places like Hell, religions are motivating people to be Good. Ultimately, Good provides progression. By working with one another we have come to as far as building rockets and sending men to the moon. I practice Good in my everyday life, however I do not believe that it is God that is responsible for miracles. I do not think I should have to prove to God that I will love the one I want to be with for the rest of my life. I do not believe that childbirth is a punishment for woman created by God. Evil does not always get what it deserves. Good does not always prevail. At one point, I was an Athiest. An athiest holds that we can know that there is not a God. The only thing about being an Athiest, is that there is no hope. I believe in Hope, and I believe in ethics. Though these change from time to time, we should not be held down by one belief but rather understand the picture as a whole. The image that religion is simply just a form of motivation. Whatever one believes in, they must believe for the right reasons.
